Trevor Shaw commercial painters and decorators in Yorkshire provide internal and external decorating of historical and listed buildings. We understand the complexities of refurbishing heritage buildings; the importance and care needed in the repair and preparation of wood, metalwork and plasterwork which may be many decades old- often undergoing full refurbishment for the first time.
Our decorators regularly work on Victorian and Georgian buildings, painting original features such as ornate ceiling roses and corbels.
Working closely with clients from the outset we ensure works are sympathetic to the original methods and paint used. We are able to combine modern techniques and materials with our 60 years of know-how and experience.
Recent projects include the Grade I listed Piece Hall and Grade II listed Princess Building, both located in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
